FAVOURITE FOOD


I'm not picky with the food. Maybe I love all types of food in the world but one of them is my favourite: pasta. I love pasta because I can mix it with anything and it would be amazing. 

When I have nothing to eat I cook pasta and I enjoy it a lot. It always be nice and fantastic. It’s easy to cook and the best way to prepare it is put garlic and olive oil. I like it with a glass of wine. It's the best couple.

My dream is know Italia and eat pasta all day. I love pizza too so I could combine my days with two foods all the time. I would be happy and there would be my paradise.

Gnoccis, lasagna and fetuccini are my favourite types of pasta. In the only cases that I don’t eat pasta is when it has meat because I don’t eat meat. I eat vegetarian bolognesa. My mum cook for me with soy meat and it’s so tasty :)

My favourite restaurant of pasta in Santiago is Tiramisú. They have a lot dishes of pasta and all are awesome. My favourite is one with pesto. I have the luck that my dad loves pasta too so we buy (or make) pasta everytime that we can.

Maybe I eat pasta three (o more) time in the week in my house. Carbohydrates are the best!

    I too love the pasta, are so easy to cook! I add to your post the ravioles, with the meat tender and with salse, it's delicious

My future job

When I decided to study journalism I had a lot of ideas to do in my future. I never thought that would be so complicated choose something in specific. I think it’s very important to know about what you want to do in the beginning. It’s important because you start to have a focus and it’s easier find something related to the things that you want to do.  That’s not my case because I don’t know what I like to do yet. I started to study with a lot of ideas in my head but now these ideas disappear.  Journalism allow to us make a change and I would like be someone that contribute in subjects like environment, culture and analysis of the society (academic things). I would like to travel a lot to know differents lifestyles and cultures. Show the reality with all the problems and be able to tell stories that make sense in the community. Summer Plans

This year I promised me that I will know many places and one of my goals is go to the beach with my friends in any moment. I have good luck and in the month of July and September I went with my friends to Algarrobo and Las Cruces. My original plan was go to the beach but in the summer. I like go to the beach in the summer because I love swim and sleep in the sand with the sun in my skin. I hope that the next year I could go in this period to the beach and enjoy the summer vibes haha. Two months before, I was talking with my friends of the university and I knew that they want to go to the South and know the Carretera Austral highway. The plan made me happy because I don’t know that place yet and I would really like to know in this moment of my life. My school friends want to go to some place in the summer too.
